Pleated Filters

filter media manufactured from ComPleat®

ComPleat® filter media are characterised by a high inherent stability and reduced thickness. This is a prerequisite for manufacturing elements with an increased filtration area, such as filter cartridges or filter cassettes. Because the bellows in such designs are cast or bonded, ComPleat® filter elements can achieve extremely low dust emissions.

Application

Pleated filters are used in many industries for a variety of applications. Featuring individualised surface and protective treatments, ComPleat® filter media are also suitable for explosive dusts, the food industry or workplace dedusting.
